Collection of application Forms (No quota):

1. Download from school website
2. Obtain from school in person

Distribution Period / Reture Period:

1. Date: 2/1/2026 (Friday) to 12/12/2025 (Saturday)
2. Time: 9:30a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Mondays to Fridays)
               3:00p.m. to 4:30p.m.
               9:30a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Saturdays)

Return of Application Forms (No set quota for the Nursery School):

       1.Return method: Submit the application form in person / by post.
       2.Together with the documents required 

• Completed and pasted photo application form
• 4 Self- addressed and stamped $2.4 envelope
• Apply for a copy of the child’s birth certificate 
• (The applicant must be at least one year old at the date of submission of application form)
• Registration Fee : Free2
